About the role
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to GM and Leadership Team.
- Filing, copying, telephone, meeting room administration
- Managing initial incoming and outgoing communications and office documents.
- Organizing the reception of visitors, calls the employees to the reception room at the visitors’ request.
- Works with internal and foreign courier services, sending outgoing correspondence in Ukraine and abroad.
- Cooperating with services agencies: ordering hotels, tickets, transfers etc;
- Working in different internals systems SRM (SC, PO); creation vendors in the CIM

Role Requirements
- University degree;
- Excellent Ukrainian and English skills, both written and verbal;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in international companies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Result orientation; accountability
- Attention to detail and ability to learn things quickly;
- Ability to work both – independently and within the team;
- Open-mindedness and self-confidence
