In this role, you will

  • Strategic Counsel: Provide expert counsel to executive leadership/C-suite on high-impact communication initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Develop comprehensive strategies for effective cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across all departments and regions.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread various content types, including companywide emails, press releases, website content, and RNDC collateral such as flyers, posters, and advertisements.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee content creation and management for all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure messaging aligns with company values and objectives.
  • Media and Industry Monitoring: Monitor media, social landscape, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports and analysis to inform leadership decisions.
  • Employee Branding: Support strategies to promote RNDC’s employee branding initiatives, fostering a positive corporate culture and engaging employees as brand ambassadors.
  • Event and Meeting Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and presentations. Ensure seamless logistics and communication support, aligning events with overall communication strategies and objectives.

What you bring to RNDC

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic counsel to leadership and driving high-impact communication initiatives.
  • Previous management experience is a plus
