Job Description

Job title:

To formulate the commercial logistics policy and to create lead and coordinate initiatives and activities to achieve optimum integrated management of the goods flow for the markets.

Your role:

  • Supports daily inbound activities of the DC including priority setting and executes corrective processes for any exceptions such as: Overdue ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) check with LSP (Logistics Service Providers) & Over- and under delivery resolution.
  • Inbound /Customer complaint registration & Managing 3rd party item/backorder deliveries and quality related activities.
  • Supports daily outbound and inbound activities of the DC including priority setting and executes corrective processes for exceptions such as: Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new and special assignment.
  • Ensures liaison with local and/ or APAC business partners (logistics providers/ brokers and suppliers on customer requirements.
  • Driving compliance to Customs rules and regulations across Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Executes daily checks of interfaces between SAP/ LSP systems and Ensures stock in SAP is in line with the stock in WMS.
  • Preparing and executing inventory report/ cycle count. Quality issues on request of Business Group.
  • Contributes and executes assessment during the audit requirement.
  • Prepare, organize and lead weekly daily management review meeting between market and APAC business partners.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, project planning and scheduling, logistics and distribution management with demonstrated ability to lead cross functionally to achieve overall business objectives. 
  • Your skills include the ability to manage cross-functionally with an emphasis on continuous improvement and LEAN methodology and a thorough understanding of supply chain principles and their financial implications.
  • You have a Bachelor of Science or Business Degree (preferred); Masters, (a plus) 
  • You are an excellent communicator with the capacity to lead with a continuous improvement and lean attitude, able to speak & write both in Thai and English.
