A Day in the Life

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition (TA) metrics in collaboration with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner. The successful candidate will excel in stakeholder management, working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and various teams to fulfill hiring needs across multiple functions, including contingent, internship, and executive hiring. This position requires a strategic approach to attract top talent and contribute to the growth and success of our organization across the Asia region. Additionally, the role involves driving operational excellence, enhancing process efficiency, actively participating in various projects and initiatives, providing coverage for team members in Asia when necessary, and utilizing data and market insights to drive impactful conversations with Hiring Managers.

  • Lead the implementation and execution of comprehensive recruitment plans tailored to diverse hiring needs, encompassing contingent, internship, and executive positions.
  • Strategically deploy a diverse range of recruitment channels, leveraging online job boards, social media platforms, and industry networking events to attract top-tier talent from across the region.
  • Foster strong partnerships with external vendors and agencies, effectively managing relationships to optimize support for the recruitment process and drive efficiency.
  • Deliver regular, insightful reports and updates on Talent Acquisition metrics, identifying key performance indicators and areas for enhancement to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to engage in strategic discussions with senior leadership and Hiring Managers, offering valuable perspectives on talent trends and competitive positioning.
  • Remain abreast of evolving industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging best practices, proactively incorporating insights to refine and elevate talent acquisition strategies.
  • Champion operational excellence by streamlining recruitment processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively contribute to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at advancing the overarching goals and objectives of the Talent Acquisition function, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Provide seamless operational coverage and support for team members in the Asia region when required, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in operations.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with demonstrated proficiency in Talent Acquisition.
  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition (min 7 years), showcasing a proven track record of success in navigating complex hiring landscapes across diverse Asian markets.

Your Profile:

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and industry best practices specific to the Asian region.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to adapt swiftly to evolving priorities and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the Asian talent landscape, cultural intricacies, and legal considerations.
  • Prior experience in executive hiring and managing internship programs is highly desirable.
