We are looking for a passionate Engineering Manager, responsible for helping shape the future of our casino products and mobile applications. Your primary focus will be to manage the daily activities and priorities of the team, building and leading them to build a better flow along with UX designers, software engineers and stakeholders. Keeping the focus on long- and short-term goals, while ensuring that the team keeps operating smoothly and cooperating closely with other RSI teams.

What will you do:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization.
  • Drive the short-term planning and execution of sprints and long-term roadmaps.
  • Ensure the team's growth by implementing and optimizing processes, facilitating efficient communication, and hiring activities.
  • Lead with empathy to nurture a culture of growth, inclusion, and belonging, creating an environment where engineers feel supported and valued.
  • Cooperate closely with other engineering teams, fostering seamless collaboration to achieve shared goals and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

All About You:

  • 3+ years of experience working in software engineering.
  • 3+ years experience with direct people management
  • You are an experienced people manager looking to help the team achieve ambitious goals
  • You can work effectively, respectfully and negotiate with people from different cultural backgrounds, expertise and functions around
  • You have a strong knowledge and experience in the software development life cycle
  • A sense of ownership, passion for technology and a growth mindset
  • Analytical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills combined with influence and eagerness to share your ideas with others
  • You are not afraid to face complex challenges which require creativity and innovation to find new solutions
