We are looking for a Marketing Manager based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Marketing Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Support the planning and execution of all Marketing Communications activities, including branding, positioning, PR and offline marketing initiatives for all Shangri-La hotels in Hong Kong
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing and PR plans for selected hotel offers, seasonal promotions, partnership activations, loyalty programme initiatives and hosted events targeting both B2B and B2C in all relevant markets
  • Work closely with Operations teams to identify marketing needs of our products and services, drive top tier media and industry relationships, develop strategic partnerships and create special events for impactful awareness in the local market.
  • Keep abreast of industry and local market trends, PR and Social Media activity, generate ideas for marketing & PR campaigns and initiatives that will drive business goals and elevate profile of our hotels’ products
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to build a solid content strategy and on different social media opportunities for all the hotel’s promotions to raise the awareness of targeted customers
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of all partnerships to determine top-line sales impact and ROI
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programmes
  • Coordinate with operation team to evaluate sales performance and take appropriate action to drive business
  • Conduct market research and maintain the database to support and strengthen the restaurant / bar’s goals for analysing consumer behaviours and giving insights to the management

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of 4-5 years solid experience in Marketing Communication / Branding, preferably in hospitality industry
  • Proven record in handling multiple projects across industries including F&B and Luxury Retails, experience in digital marketing is an advantage
  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking, self-driven and result-oriented
  • A good team player with creative, detail-mind and analytical mindset
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
