Field Delivery Automations Program Manager
Description -
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to other employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Manages internal projects
2. Manages project financials including business impact
3. Manages stakeholder relationships
4. Manages project team:
5. Coordinate different projects as program manager, across the markets allowing effective development and deployment, with a minimum success rate of 80%
6. Monthly or Quarterly revision of the program with each of the market leads to ensure their business needs are incorporated.
7. Validate the ROI calculation with the operations and sign off from L4 /L5 managers.
8. Coordinate the flash report with finance to ensure the targets are complete for the Field and channel.
9. Liaison with the IT team and process team to ensure smooth deployments and process changes.
10. Identify new automation opportunities to ensure the field and channel organization is best in class for the innovation and creativity in HP.
11. Simulate creativity thinking and innovation within the organization.
12. Constantly reviewing the automation metrics such as success rate, bot fallout, business fallout, or any other that will provide a general vision of the health status of the bots.
