Job Overview:

Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Focused initially on specialised end user support and resolution of issues with SAP SuccessFactors evolving, as part of a new dev ops structure, to support, design and develop, projects and maintaining live services.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Providing L2 and L3 operational support.
  • Requirements, design, develop, test, or implement solutions and services, with a focus upon data management, reporting and analytics.
  • With at least a B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of overall experience in a similar role within a global organisation of which a minimum of 1 year is working with SAP SuccessFactors.

Required Skills and Experience:

Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.

SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.

Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices in an international context.

Creating engaging and insightful reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators.

Security protocols and compliance requirements, especially related to sensitive HR data.

Demonstrable experience in data migration and data quality management strategies and tools for SAP SuccessFactors.

MDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configuration.

Developing solutions in a DevOps environment.

Resolving Incidents to restore normal services.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP solutions (like SAP ERP HCM) and external systems.
  • Integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and SAP SuccessFactors Compound Employee API.
  • Analysing and optimising SAP SuccessFactors for performance.
  • Debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including resolving issues related to configurations and integrations.
  • SAP HCM processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.
  • Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile.
  • Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment!
