Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Client, Growth and Strategy division

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing team to help execute marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels including Digital, PR/Communications, Events and Go-to-Market activities. This role will also assist with the day-to-day tasks of the marketing team, including market research, event coordination and administrative tasks such as preparing reports and presentations. 

The responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Gathering and analysing market and customer information to identify opportunities 
  • Arranging and facilitating logistics for both in-person (e.g. client events/workshops) and online events (e.g. webinars and podcasts). 
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure design consistency across marketing channels 
  • Assisting with the creation and publishing of engaging and informative content on our website and social media channels. 
  • Preparation and distribution of our company-wide Marketing newsletter. 
  • Gathering and analysis of market and customer information, including media monitoring to identify opportunities. 
  • Owning and maintaining our Marketing Content Management System to ensure consistency across all channels and for all stakeholders.

About You 

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an emerging marketing enthusiast to work across all our Marketing channels. We're seeking a candidate eager to dive into the world of B2B marketing, particularly within the payments or financial services sector. While prior experience in payments or financial services is not mandatory, a passion for learning and contributing to sales and revenue outcomes is essential. As the successful candidate we request that you also have the following to be considered for the role: 

  • Entry level experience acceptable, with a marketing diploma or degree highly regarded 
  • Understanding of social networking platforms and relevant platforms segments 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and ability to analyse data at a basic level 
  • Strong internal client service/stakeholder management skills 
  • Outstanding Attention to detail organisational skills 
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
