Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing, executing and measuring marketing and communication strategies, programs and campaigns using omni-channel approach depending on business need and customer segment. This role will need to understand business area strategies and objectively evaluate and communicate cross-business constraints, requirements, risks and opportunities and execution against measured results. Additionally, this role will support and execute regional event management and new digital marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Work cross functionally with business areas to define and execute regional omni-channel marketing and communications programs for different market segments based on product / regional marketing strategies and in line with company strategy to drive short and long-term business objectives.
  • Provide strategic marketing communication proposal and advice to the marketing team : Be a source of feedback and help translate marketing strategies into integrated campaigns.
  • Measure and evaluate the marketing performance of campaigns, recommend actions.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze social media campaigns harnessing the power of various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive measurable business results.
  • Manage Marketing Communications content, tools and campaigns for congresses and customer events whether virtual, in person or Hybrid.
  • Prioritize, implement, and manage projects in line with business priorities and work cross functionally with various departments and service providers to execute. 
  • Provide direction on the design and implementation of customer communication materials to ensure brand and messaging consistency.
  • Drive and accelerate digital transformation strategy to engage customers and prospects using new creative tools as well as maximizing impact of existing channels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or digital marketing. An equivalent level of education with sufficient experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience

  • Proven track record in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing (Minimum 4 years’ experience).
  • Experience in medical device/ healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media management and analytics tools. Proven experience of working with or knowledge of earned, owned and paid media.
  • Experience in corporate marketing communication environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring a sense of urgency and an understanding of changing priorities
  • Experience in and knowledge of KPIs and metrics reporting for diverse marketing tactics
