Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various legal tasks, including contract review, drafting letters, preparing bidding documents, and analyzing legal cases. Additionally, the candidate will provide support in the preparation of documentation, handle banking and notarial procedures, and lead area projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the review and analysis of civil and commercial contracts.
  • Drafting and reviewing letters.
  • Assisting with the creation and review of bidding documents.
  • Assisting with the preparation of work annexes.
  • Conducting legal case analysis and document compilation in the event of complaints or lawsuits.
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation.
  • Handling banking and notarial procedures.

Projects the Intern will Work On:

  • The implementation of a 40-hour workweek.
  • Supporting the implementation of new labor laws.
  • The implementation of an internal SERNAC manual.

Requirements

  • Student in the fourth year of law school or higher.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and appropriate maturity, disciplined and dedicated.
  • Able to travel within Santiago for document delivery and retrieval.
  • Available to work in a plant with safety regulations of a production company.
