OFFICE SERVICES SPECIALIST III - (T213346)
The University of Alabama at Birmingham seeks an Office Services Specialist III Office manager for the Academic Success Center. Under minimal supervision, performs department specific office and clerical duties of a moderately complex nature. Work may consist of maintaining department databases, records and files, gathering and interpreting data to construct detailed reports, and assisting in monitoring department budgets. May direct the work of other clerical employees in a lead capacity. May perform patient scheduling and insurance authorizations/verification. May assist with human resources related issues and handle confidential information.
(Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $16.40)
High School diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience required.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask while seated at the department’s front desk, greets guests, while completing regular duties.
