The Branch Manager will be responsible for comprehensive management of branches under his supervision as defined in detail by his goal sheet
Timely Hiring and retention of Loan officers
Ensuring high standards of integrity across the business.
The Branch manager will work closely with Credit ,Collections, Operations and Finance to ensure smooth processes for sales and branch administration
The incumbent will be responsible for on boarding and inducting the Loan Officers and ensure that the company's processes, values and their deliverables are clearly understood by all new employees
The Branch Manager will ensure to get all loan officers to be productive.
The Incumbent will be responsible for customer engagement by personally meeting the existing and new customers in his branch.
The Branch Manager must have the following competencies:
