Position Overview

Parsons is seeking to hire a qualified Professional Services Consultant. This position is a key member of the SigmaFlow Professional Services team responsible for implementations and improving the experience of SigmaFlow’s customer base. The core responsibility as a professional services team member is to interface and work directly with customers on their project implementations of the SigmaFlow solution.

Under general supervision, participates in design, development, test planning, implementation, and maintenance of a variety of customer implementations. The incumbent at this level is competent in using standard systems analysis techniques and applications. May be assigned to a small project where the role is to recommend the most efficient and economical means to meet the user’s goals and objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Interface with the SigmaFlow clients, participating in project plans, solution configuration, orientations, requirement gathering, and taking the solution into the production environment.
  • Work on developing specification documents for the client’s regulatory requirements.
  • Configure custom workflows, data libraries, and reports in the SigmaFlow platform.
  • Test configuration against specification documents and test cases to ensure high quality.
  • Provide first-tier support to clients including answering questions, troubleshooting and analyzing problems, and forming solutions.
  • Work with customer’s administrators and IT department during configuration and implementations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize JIRA and Smartsheet to support multiple projects and customers during design and implementation.
  • Work with the SigmaFlow Support team to respond to address support tickets from customers.
  • Support the SigmaFlow sales team with demos that could require some custom configurations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • 0-2 years experience or a similar role
  • Previous experience with SQL
  • Able to prioritize, manage, and deliver assigned tasks on a timely manner.
  • Very good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to speak very well in basic professional situations and present technical data in a logical manner that is easy to understand (may include communication via telephone, in person, or presenting to small groups). Ability to write moderately complex documents (may include emails, memos, procedures, presentations). Communicates with a wide variety of individuals (employees and managers) throughout the organization and outside of the organization (i.e., clients, vendors).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of project management tools (i.e., JIRA and Smartsheet).
  • Desired intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency

Salary Range: 

$52,700.00 - $92,200.00
