Context

The broader NEMO suite is a leading ecosystem of platforms owned by Engie to support operations and development of DHC networks. The NEMO suite offers a unique digital experience from new networks acquisition to existing network development till decision support for DHC operations.

The NEMO suite consists of a set of applications that bring value to the whole of DHC value chain:

  • NEMO.MARKET: Helps in planning and designing DHC networks.
  • NEMO.STUDY: This application is used to study the DHC networks and helps in evaluating the network performance.
  • NEMO.OPTI: Optimizes the DHC operations through intelligent advisory.

Job Description

NEMO Project Management Officer will be in charge to support the Head of Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of digital software factory complexity, strong communications skills and the ability to drive projects with consistent practices and flexibility to adapt to organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: support platform sourcing by drafting documents for calls for tenders, optimizing resources cost and initiating new joiner workflow
  • Timetracking: ensure monthy review of timetracking to comply with finance closing process
  • Budget: contribute to quarterly Best Estimate exercises with Finance Dept and yearly preparation of MTP (including drafting of presentation and scenarii)
  • Governance: draft platform board presentation and coordinate key stakeholders contribution (CISO, POs, CSM…)
  • Project and Product Management: support ongoing deployment projects and ensure product roadmap update on a quarterly basis
  • Reporting: contribute to ENGIE Digital reporting
  • Teams events: organize quarterly keynotes including presentation drafting and team events

Education

  • Bac+5
  • Min 5 years of experience

Hard skills

  • Must have:
  • Project Management: Proven experience and track records in successful agile project management
  • Organization: Highly organized with clear, transparent and consistent activities follow-up
  • Technical Aptitude: Advanced understanding of digital technologies, product management, software development, and solution deployment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English & French
  • Good to have:
  • A previous exposure to Energy Management System is a valuable plus.
