Clean Energy Implementation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clean Energy Implementation Manager to oversee and implement our clean energy projects, with a focus on Electric Charging (EV) development. As an Implementation Manager you will be responsible for oversight of clean energy project planning, execution and delivery within agreed upon timelines.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create project schedules and coordinate resources efficiently. Site Assessments: Perform analyses and conduct site evaluations to determine the feasibility of clean energy projects including DC Fast EV Charging locations, PV solar, Battery Energy Storage and other potential technologies across our portfolio. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal construction teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain effective communication to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Work with internal teams to identify and secure potential incentive and credit opportunities for projects. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documents.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 5 years of experience in managing clean energy projects, particularly DC Fast EV charging station,solar, and energy storage projects. Strong knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, solar photovoltaic or battery energy storage projects. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with software tools for project management, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to travel to sites on a regular basis. A passion for clean energy infrastructure.
