  • Support the assembly operations in all types of challenges that could affect product quality;
  • Follow-up on the required improvements for each problem;
  • Take on a leadership role in product-related problem management;
  • Judge the quality of the vehicles produced, interpret quality criteria, etc.;
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of procedures/general processes;
  • Work together with the supplier quality assurance, industrial engineering, after-sales service and production sectors to make recommendations for the continuous improvement of product quality. 
  • Manage and resolve technical issues with the help of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Communicate the progress of problem solving at various levels of governance;
  • Act as a benchmark for procedure and problem-solving tools.


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline;
  • Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience;
  • Good level of written and spoken English;
  • Mechanical technical knowledge;
  • Very good head for analysis and problem solving;
  • Leadership, good communication skills and strong ability to work in a team;
  • Initiative, independence, thoroughness and a structured approach.
