ROLE SUMMARY:

In the Analytics of excellence team, the ideal candidate will lead technical product design and facilitate requirements gather and backlog ownership and management working with the delivery teams to drive the development of contents and services.

Holds responsibility for the end-to-end management of defined products and/or services within a technical area of expertise, ensuring alignment with LSEGs product strategy.

Leads all aspects of definition and planning through production, release, and end of lifecycle, with end-to-end responsibility on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions, products and services.

We are seeking a Product manager to work within our Analytic Centre of Excellence, Our group covers market data analytics of various asset class such as equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and commodities. We develop and maintain the application processing these data with ranges of simple or more sophisticated mathematics, statistic model, theoretical financial asset pricing models. Our group also take in charge Product management for Three key Self service Solutions ( SELF, DEMING and LEAD ) for content operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and feedback. Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Work with the development team, specialists, and business analysts to ensure that the delivered solutions meet the needs of the business, deliver and test new features and bug fixes.
  • Resolve blockers and make the product development process is running efficiently.
  • Own product & customer documentation and align to standards, policies & best procedures
  • Work closely with business, engineering, ops, central functions as well as customer & external collaborators to ensure functional, product and operational design goals are met.
  • Ensure internal customer satisfaction goals and product initiatives are met by partnering with engineering, sales, marketing and support teams. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience working in financial services is desirable. 
  • Extensive professional experience in product design & development
  • Delivery focused: Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver high quality products that deliver tangible value to users on time and on budget.
  • Vision and creativity: Ability to foresee roadblocks, conceive intelligent solutions and contribute innovative ideas, as well as manage change and ambiguity successfully and confidently in consultation with the relevant stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to bring actionable insights through effective communication, problem solving and structuring skills. 
  • Leadership: Ability to lead ownership of results and work with collaborators across the business to progress and achieve the relevant goals to ensure development, deployment & delivery is successful.
  • Strong experience leading product design as well as agile delivery & execution
  • Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
  • Experience with requirements capturing and analysis techniques.
  • Experience with technical writing and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and agile processes
  • Proven record of building solution using AWS or Azure Clouds. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabrics is desirable.
