Your role

We are looking for a Senior Client Advisor for Remote Sales Advice WM Switzerland clients, served out of Zurich-Altstetten (of course with option for remote work), to:

  • Build a trusting partnership with our customers
  • Take over an existing customer book, continuously manage it and develop it on the basis of a strategic plan
  • be responsible to advise clients with self-directed needs and remote advice affinity in an independent, proactive and service-oriented manner
  • Implement the acquisition of new customer relationships, including cross-divisional cooperation
  • deliver superior investment advice and solutions for clients' wealth via digital channels, strategically manage the digital WM CH book of clients and prospects, generate sustainable revenues and growth opportunities for the bank and act as a first line of defense in managing risk
  • address the investment and wealth planning needs of WM CH clients by providing suitable solutions aligned to the digital and remote offering with focus on consistently identifying and increasing share of wallet, generating referrals, growing clients into WM Private Wealth, and proactively generating and developing prospects
  • bring UBS expertise, content and investment ideas to clients via flow of relevant market updates, tactical investment advice and portfolio health checks aligned to the investor profile, CIO House View and Research based advice
  • integrate specialists, other team members and WM aligned functions
  • ensure clients are managed in a manner which complies with all relevant regulation, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture on the team

Your expertise

  • proven experience in a client-facing and relationship management role
  • higher education in economics or finance, further education e.g. CFA, CIIA, CIWM, CFP, Master’s Degree is an advantage
  • broad knowledge of financial markets, in investment products, in trading and lending solutions
  • excellent communicator in German. Any other Swiss language and English is a clear advantage
  • resilient team player and truly service oriented
  • aptitude and curiosity for digitization and technology
