This is a fantastic, formative opportunity to work full-time on a fully remote team at a YC-backed startup founded by Stanford grads. You’ll oversee and manage our Launch & Delivery team within our Business Operations function, to drive clear insights, successful launch outcomes, and reporting that is crucial to making the company more efficient with accurate information. This work is high impact: your technical work to analyze and gain insight into our operations will help us become more efficient and effective so that we meet customer’s expectations. This role is great for someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and creative in their approach to problem solving for our technical and analytical needs. 

Please Note: This is a full-time role, and you must overlap +/- 4 hours with India Standard Time.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for Launch and Delivery Operations on the Business Operations team
  • Ensure all BizOps launch tasks are completed on time and Turn-Around-Times (TATs) are met 
  • Manage and coordinate data-related Launch Operations across internal teams and vendors 
  • Run weekly sync meetings with internal teams to gather requirements and unblock blockers 
  • Provide directions to launch managers on workflow solutions, data structure, and TAT delivery requirements
  • Develop quality processes to ensure all launches meet our benchmark standards
  • Lead Internal Team, Customer & Vendor Communication
  • Own customer communication post-launch to inform or inquire on Delivery issues 
  • Resolve long-standing issues or blockers in the delivery process by communicating with Vendors and Customers proactively
  • Act as L2 Manager on Customer Support issues pertaining to BizOps - investigate, delegate, and ensure timely resolution to customers 
  • Share feedback with our internal teams and vendors on performance and quality

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field 
  • Proficiency with data structures, databases, SQL.
  • Working knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and machine learning.
