You will be based in our Gurugram office as part of our Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) team, within the Provider Performance Improvement (PPI) domain.
The Healthcare Solution Delivery team uses healthcare data and analytics to answer some of the most pressing questions our healthcare clients have today such as “How do we manage cost of care while improving quality?”, “How do we remain competitive in the evolving healthcare landscape?”, “Who are the most vulnerable patients and what interventions can we design to better care for them?”.
Our capabilities are foundational to multiple high profile initiatives and have been core to the Healthcare practice in delivering organization wide transformation programs for payors (public and private) or providers. The team has grown to 300+ colleagues globally over the last 4 years. It is a unique mix of healthcare experts, physicians, statisticians, engineers, data scientists and more.

What You'll Do
You will be a core leader in Provider Performance Improvement’s Gurugram’s hub.
In this role, you will focus largely on clinical operations and physician productivity engagements. You will lead delivery and development of one of PPI’s flagship analytics assets: a web based provider productivity tool. You will also lead solution delivery of other PPI capabilities such as clin ops and physician practice performance diagnostics.
You will be an entrepreneurial leader of our team delivering our products and capabilities for our client service teams and directly to clients. As a key partner to business leaders, you will help scope and oversee delivery of projects including the onboarding of data that feeds our analytics assets and deployment of products and assets that drive impact and healthcare transformations. To achieve the delivery of our assets, you will lead a team of solution delivery analysts. You will be accountable for the quality and timeliness of their outputs, as well as managing their daily progress and contributing to their professional development. This will involve coaching them on how to build and improve advanced analytical solution and pipelines (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel). Additionally, you will contribute to the overall strategy of the solution delivery team, such as team expansion strategy and quality assurance strategy. You will collaborate on a daily basis with product, technology and healthcare experts that we have on the team, and are empowered to innovate to improve the experience for the broader team.
You will be accountable for building relationships with senior consultants and client, and be the main point of contact for engagements for which these solutions are delivered. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in the domain, solution, client service and product teams to standardize and scale solution offerings and delivery models as well as define and enforce delivery readiness criteria. You will also oversee acceptance testing and focus on standardizing and documenting our service delivery processes. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of solution and service delivery. You will advocate for client service delivery-enabling features and functions on product roadmaps.
