Who You'll Work With

You will work in the India office (INO) as part of the People team and would own recruitment delivery for INO.

You will report to the director of Recruiting and work closely with the INO office manager, director of Finance and Director of Professional Development. You will also work very closely with the regional and global recruiting teams, in addition to engaging with INO leaders on recruiting strategy and outcomes. 

What You'll Do

You will be a functional leader, who can scale processes, build and lead the team, manage multiple stakeholders and establish recruiting standards and benchmarks.

You will own recruiting numbers, INO's All-In targets, scaling up of the process, sourcing partners and candidate experience, and provide oversight to all recruiting at INO but primarily focus on lateral recruiting. You will serve as the client manager for complex hiring situations (e.g. practice or partner hiring) with large-sized hiring for INO. You would be required to partner with a diverse group of senior stakeholders & leaders to set strategic plans / talent strategy to achieve hiring aspirations.

You will operate with little oversight, delivering a substantial number of hires for the office by utilizing suite of direct sourcing, often through creative & innovative techniques, and executing full lifecycle recruiting for senior or campus hires across all degree types & roles. You will also act as a credible expert on behalf of recruiting to shape our approach/ recommendations based on understanding of the context, including focus on diversity hiring needs & managing groups of stakeholders in order to drive execution.

You will build strong communication, knowledge, and a personal relationship network locally and with leaders in firm and other geographic offices. You would need to develop and implement strategies for special initiatives, projects to continuously improve recruiting efforts; share best practices and contribute to broader firm recruiting strategies, efforts beyond team and scope of role.

You will deliver impact in guiding, apprenticing, mentoring peers or more junior colleagues, helping them define work and build their professional development and network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Masters’ degree or equivalent
  • 15+ years' relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of campus/ experienced professional recruiting or executive sourcing
  • Demonstrated success & passion for delivering hires for the Firm through leading institution-wide campus sources, executive recruiting or sourcing
  • Strategic partnership credibility with senior leaders & candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving & execution focus
  • Passion for innovation
