Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office as part of McKinsey Digital.

What You'll Do

You'll apply your experience in the agile process to ensure deliverables are achieved for our technology teams to build digital products for McKinsey clients. 

In this role, your responsibilities will include hands-on development of storyboards, wireframes, product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria. You will guide the product development team by defining features and product backlog, development prioritization, quality assurance and final acceptance of developed software. You will deliver working technology platforms, complying with high quality and security standards. You will also manage project risks and issues with all stakeholders involved and you'll be responsible for the management of project scope, budget and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science; postgraduate degree in business or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of engineering best practices
  • 8+ years of experience guiding agile projects as a product manager and/or scrum master
  • Experience as both a team member and coach in the agile product owner and/or scrum master roles
  • Experience with building consumer quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, etc.)
  • Proficient with drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, creating/grooming product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, story-lining presentations and evaluating ROI
  • Highly collaborative and excited about building the next generation of digital products, marketplaces or ecosystems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you are constantly learning and getting exposure to a variety of industries, products and tech stacks
  • Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written)
