Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Hanoi office as part of our design team.
You will work closely with our consultants, assisting them in developing high impact presentations. Working in a fast-paced environment and usually under tight timelines. You will also work with team in complex design projects to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
What You'll Do
You will work on high-level graphic presentations.
In this role, you will work primarily in presentation support but flexible to apply relevant design techniques beyond PowerPoint tools to fulfill design requirements.
You will manage clear and concise communication with client service professionals (CSPs) to clarify instructions and supports decision making for quality deliverables. You will act as thought partner with consultants and teams to improve the visual quality of presentations, including problem solves in collaboration with the requester and reaches out to provide alternative design solutions such as chart layout, frameworks and high-level graphics enhancement such as illustrations.
You will create, revise, and develop presentation templates in client branding. You will work closely with manager and coordinator to ensure transparent workflow and quality expectations are met within agreed timelines, manages shared requests. As needed, you will coordinate production/overflow with Visual Graphics India and/or external resources. You will test/implement new technology as appropriate.
You will share best practice process and useful tools with team members and/or consultants. You will coordinate document archiving and destruction as appropriate. You will formulate development goals with support from leaders.
