General Summary

This is a great opportunity for a strong HR Generalist to enter the phenomenal industry of Consumer Packaged Goods!

This position reports to the Sr Director of Human Resources and provides human resource generalist support to the sales organization of Campbell Snacks. Incumbent will implement key programs and initiatives in support of our organization's goals and strategies. This hands-on role will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our sales teams in the areas of employee relations, talent management, culture, change management, organizational effectiveness, capability development and lead the successful implementation of core people processes for our teams. This role will also be responsible to run and manage talent reports and analytics to ensure we are compliant with the execution of key processes and identify opportunities for improvement in accelerating our talent and culture agenda for sales.

Principal Accountabilities

1) Employee Relations: Respond to and manage employee relations issues; coach employees and managers on performance management and execution of performance improvement plans; build and foster an environment of trust.

2) Talent Management: Create direction and partner with management to design and implement talent management plans that addresses organizational needs (succession planning, leadership & team development, etc.)

3) Reporting & Analytics: Develop, manage, and leverage key talent related reports to communicate progress on completion of key people processes, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities areas to drive organizational effectiveness.

4) HR Program Management: Ensure successful administration and implementation of key HR programs (e.g., sales incentive plans) to ensure compliance and consistency across the sales org while fostering employee engagement.

5) Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness: Implement change management plans for the successful implementation of key organizational initiatives. Assist in the facilitation of organizational design and implement design solutions.

Job Specifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources generalist experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Strong HR experience supporting talent management, change management and culture, etc.
  • Evidence of personal initiative to drive toward results is critical
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess a sense of urgency, take initiative, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong facilitation, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand, run and analyze data and reports

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$72,900-$117,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
