Avid Technology is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team based in Manila. This is a terrific opportunity for an analyst to support Avid’s Channel Operations organization by managing key business processes/workflows while also developing and maintaining periodic reports. Channel Operations plays a key role providing insight to and acting in partnership with Avid’s commercial team to grow and manage our Channel business.

At Avid, every role has a significant impact and is an integral part of realizing our mission - create the most powerful and collaborative media network to enable the creation, distribution and monetization of the most inspiring content in the worldAs a Business Operations Analyst at Avid, your responsibility is to support our Channel Operations and Channel Sales organizations across a wide range of functions (sales/finance/legal/marketing). This role will predominantly focus on reporting, data analysis, and process/workflow management. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Create, maintain, and evolve periodic performance reports for Channel Partners
  • Develop ad hoc reporting to support key business decisions on an as-needed basis
  • Manage Partner’s life-cycle within Avid (from registration into Avid’s Channel program to termination)
  • Application to qualify for Avid’s Global Channel Partner Program
  • Collaborate with legal to draft Channel Partner Agreement
  • Coordinate Partner Onboarding Across Avid’s various systems
  • Manage annual contract renewals
  • Track/Administer/Report Partner compliance with program requirements
  • Provide Partners with support on issues they encounter with Channel Program systems and processes
  • Engage directly with Avid’s Partner Account Managers and/or Partners in supporting the Channel Program, Partner Life Cycle, and Escalation Resolution. 
  • Maintain Channel Partner data profiles within Avid’s PRM and CRM
  • Administer Channel Partner’s programs

  • Opportunity Incentives
  • Deal Registration
  • Partner Lead Program

About You: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent application
  • Proficient in latest analytics and data visualization tools such as DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or a likeIn addition to meeting job qualifications, you would share our values and thrive in our culture:
