WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a UI/UX Designer at Click, you will be an integral part of our design team, focusing on creating seamless and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design, iterate, and launch features that meet our users' needs and exceed their expectations.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Utilize Figma to design and maintain design libraries, ensuring consistency across products and features.
  • Conduct user research and testing using various UX methods to validate and im-prove design decisions.
  • Communicate the story the data tells providing insight in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Illustrate design ideas using visualizations such as storyboards, user journeys, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Design low fidelity designs to high-fidelity interactive and responsive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct design reviews.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to translate requirements into compelling user interfaces.
  • Help grow and elevate design research and testing practices in ClickDimensions.
  • Collaborate in workshops and ideation sessions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS

  • Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Design, or other closely related field.
  • 3+ years of UI/UX Design experience.
  • Portfolio of design projects showcasing the process and visual design (essential).
  • Expertise in standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (essential).
  • Strong visual and graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of how users interact with interfaces, including the design of transitions, animations, and dynamic effects to enhance usability and engagement.
  • A deep understanding of the importance of UX design practices and methodologies.
  • A clear understanding of accessibility, mobile-first, and responsive design.
  • Expertise in whiteboarding/brainstorming tools, e.g. FigJam.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to perform at a fast pace with minimal supervision in a team setting.
