Our Testing Services team takes a hands-on approach in order to help execute test requests and test scripts in collaboration with customer teams. Working cross-functionally with other Applause resources, we are looking for a Project Manager to drive successful execution of test strategies while managing large teams of community team members.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Solution Delivery Managers/ Project Managers to successfully manage customer needs and expectations
  • Participate in kick off calls and support the onboarding process for new customers
  • Main point of contact for all pre/active/post testing cycles requests
  • Manage Project costs and deliverables to ensure margin goals are met and/or exceeded
  • Recruit and manage Test Engineers (along with other Testing Services team roles) to drive test strategies in line with customer and company expectations
  • Contribute to TS initiatives, including but not limited to: process development/improvement, product review, manage and create best practices contributions, white papers, follow and analyze testing data for trends, course corrections, and customer reports

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You have gained a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as QA Consultant, Test Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager or Operations Manager for mobile applications, web products or a SaaS solution
  • Proven experience in project management, operations, improvement and optimization of processes
  • Excellent problem solving skills and customer orientation
  • Experienced in leading teams – previous experience with remote teams is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew is a must
