Responsibilities of the Office Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations
  • Oversees the Administrative and Warehouse team (approx. 5 direct reports)
  • Manages performance of employees through task assignments, ongoing skill assessment and coaching
  • Responsible for recruiting, retention, and administrative duties regarding employee relations while following company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor emails for the VP and assist in managing correspondence and prioritizing tasks.
  • Coordinate onsite virtual meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Event planning management
  • Implement office policies and procedures.
  • Facilities Management
  • Generate reports and manage projects.
  • Inventory management including annual inventories and vendor stock reports and submitting stock requests.
  • General office duties such as filing, scanning, printing.

Qualifications of the Office Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • 4-5 years of previous administration and management experience 
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Secretarial role is a plus.
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and excellent organization skills.
  • Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay Range: DOE

Working Conditions: Office environment

Training/Certifications: N/A

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Travel: Minimal, occasional travel

Education: High School Diploma or GED
