As the SAP Sr. Business Analyst SD - Vistex, you will work with a global team having the mission to implement SAP S/4HANA globally. You focus on the Sales & Distribution Module (SD) and Vistex software. Gross-To-Net process, Pricing, Contract Settlement have no secret for you. You cover the discovery phase, gather requirements, support the implementation, train users and act as first line support after hypercare. Your focus is to gather and understand the business requirements, straddle the line between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and implement the most efficient Process & IT solution. After implementation you help improving processes, products, services, and software. The role is Global requiring travel.

Responsibilities: 

  • In the Role of Business Analyst, you are responsible for the Gross-To-Net process at Ferring.
  • You are leading the business requirements gathering requirements during the explore and discovery phase. When necessary, you write writing design decision and driving cross-team alignment.
  • You mediate the information exchange between program team and business stakeholders to ensure that each requirement is properly translated in technical documents.
  • Standard Operating Procedures has no secret to you. You create and maintain them, including flow chart describing the process.
  • Key user and end-user training and material is your responsibility.
  • You participate to the issuance and executes test protocols for solution and data transfer validation.
  • You understand, complies, and executes all assigned projects, tasks, and activities in full alignment with Ferring company standards including relevant SOPs and relevant GxP Compliance requirements.
  • Finally, you act as Global Power User after implementations, ensuring CPI and support to the users. Making the link between the user community and the IT Technical Team.

Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree or relevant technology experience with high level technical certifications (Business Administration, Commerce).
  • SAP s/4HANA SD Module expert, including integration with MM & FI.
  • Knowledge of Vistex software
  • Strong EDI, external interface integration knowledge
  • +5 years of exposure to Pharma Industry with a focus on Gross-To-Net
  • Fluent in English; French, Spanish and Portuguese seen as a plus.

Our Compensation and Benefits 

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $145,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.

Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 12 to 13 paid holidays per year.
