We are currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter with an emphasis on sourcing, screening, and hiring new talent within assigned business units.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and administer the timely posting/advertising/sponsorship of external and internal employment opportunities via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various third-party sites and social media; create and manage all social media campaigns.
  • Screen, interview, and make job offers to qualified job candidates.
  • Manage company’s third-party job boards (e.g. LinkedIn and Indeed) employer pages and interface with all recruiting/staffing agencies.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and/or trackers for business unit end users; track metrics and data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor’s degree and PHR or SHRM-CP a plus and at minimum of four (4) years experience in a corporate HR setting with an emphasis in a talent acquisition. A thorough understanding of EEO laws required; knowledge of OFCCP a plus.
  • Previous experience crafting job postings for a wide variety of job opportunities including exempt-level roles; must have exceptional writing, spelling and grammar skills.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills with ability to present data in a meaningful way to business unit managers.
  • Previous experience using enterprise or mid-market Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent time management skills and passionately detail oriented!
