Job Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in sales operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our sales processes, providing insights to enhance operational efficiency, and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Data Analysis: 
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. 
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales operations. 
  • Process Improvement: 
  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. 
  • Sales Support: 
  • Provide analytical support to the sales team, offering insights for strategic decision-making. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. 
  • Forecasting and Planning: 
  • Contribute to sales forecasting activities based on historical data and market trends. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales targets and quotas. 
  • Technology Integration: 
  • Evaluate and recommend sales technologies and tools to improve operations. 
  • Support the implementation and integration of sales-related systems. 
  • Documentation and Reporting: 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of sales processes and procedures. 
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed, presenting findings to stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on sales operations and/or financial analysis 
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRMs like Hubspot & Salesforce 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization. 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales operations.

  • Location: Nashville, TN 
  • Hybrid schedule: Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday-Thursday in the office 
  • $95,000-$105,000
