As a Payments Strategic Initiatives Executive Director in Commercial Bank, you will help grow the business from its record levels with keen commitment to client and employee experience. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse initiatives across the business and will contribute directly to shaping the future of the Commercial Bank Payments Solutions business allowing us to continue to provide market-leading solutions and client experience, while improving productivity, operational excellence, and customer-centricity leveraging a data-driven approach. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Help grow the business from its record levels with keen commitment to client and employee experience
  • Work on diverse initiatives across the business and will contribute directly to shaping the future of the Commercial Bank Solutions Payments business
  • Improve Productivity, operational excellence, and customer-centricity leveraging a data-driven approach

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of Banking/Strategy/Consulting experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Experience advising to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Exposure and developing track record of success in designing and executing large-scale and transformative initiatives
  • Experience with and/or prior collaboration with Sales, Operations and Technology
  • Good partnership skills and overall strategy/operations advisory experience
  • Strategic skillset including quickly develop an understanding of and support the goals and direction of the firm

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Transaction Banking business models, products, and clients
  • MBA
