Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in new product HAMR reviews and approve product release to assume product ownership to the HAMR worldwide team.
  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing the output produced by the team.
  • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to growth and development of the organization.
  • Identify and address client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor or Master in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related.

PREFERRED:

  • At least 3-5 years in management level and 3 years’ experience in HDD Manufacturing.

SKILLS:

  • Good fundamental understanding of technology.
  • Good intercommunication and report writing skill.
  • Experience to lead multinational development team for the new projects.
