Summary:

As a Dexcom Finance Systems team member, this role will administer and support several Finance applications and data sources. The candidate must have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and an understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting. The Dexcom Finance Systems Team maintains system integrations and ensures data integrity and financial reporting creation and accuracy for internal and external Dexcom global financial reporting. 

About the Role:

  • Maintain data integrations and structures for financial planning and reporting for corporate and regional Dexcom finance.
  • Responsible for data reconciliations between multiple Finance Systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure consistent procedures, processes, and proper change controls are used throughout Finance to maintain the integrity of all related systems.
  • Assist the Global Financial Systems Administrators by supporting Oracle EPM Cloud Applications, including EPBCS, FCC, and Tableau reporting.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and validation of system changes for finance systems.
  • Responds to and resolves requests from team members and Service Now tickets regarding user access and set-up.
  • Perform validations, research anomalies, and resolve issues during monthly close, budget/forecast periods
  • Significant interface with US finance system administrators and global manager of finance systems.
  • This is the first role to begin building the international finance systems team to support the hyper-growth in our EMEA business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You:

  • Experience in a large company, with 8 to 15 years total relevant experience within finance or accounting and specifically 5 years experience in financial systems.
  • Education requirements: BA/BS in Accounting, Business Admin, or Management Information Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong Excel and experience with finance systems and database queries.
  • Understand functional aspects of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reporting.
  • Experience with SQL, Essbase, Oracle ERP, and Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM software and systems.
  • Able to prioritize & manage workload independently.
  • Must have a high degree of detailed accuracy, be results-oriented, and highly accountable.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) or Oracle/Hyperion Planning solutions would be advantageous.
  • Experience building Tableau Reports and interpreting end-user reporting requirements would be advantageous.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €5,050.42 to €5,941.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
