  • Competitive benchmarking and feedback loop for improvement of KPI’s

People Development / Team Management :

  • Create a high performing Retail team through right recruitment , coaching & performance management . 
  • Own the hiring process for outsourced store staff.

Customer Experience :

  • Ensure consistently higher standard of customer service across all retail stores in circle
  • Responsibility for delivery of agreed customer service targets
