The Role

Reorg is currently seeking an experienced and strategic account management professional to join our Legal Account Management team. The Senior Director of Legal Account Management will manage and cultivate strong relationships with large strategic law firm accounts throughout the Midwest & East Coast, with a focus on subscription renewals, expansion, uplifts, and cross-selling of additional Reorg products. This full-time position is based in our New York City office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for a book of existing strategic AmLaw50 clients
  • Drive key client interactions, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within accounts, aiming for a net retention target of 115%+
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and an unparalleled customer experience
  • Work closely with Reorg's product team to identify and opportunities for product enhancements
  • Employ meticulous tracking and analysis of KPIs and product usage on accounts to formulate and implement appropriate relationship management strategies and territory planning

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in an account management role, specializing in B2B solutions for large law firms. Experience selling data solutions is preferred.
  • Strong ability to cultivate relationships and forge strategic business partnerships, consistently surpassing net retention targets. 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota and retention targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and respond promptly to multiple ongoing workstreams.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven aptitude for conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings throughout the assigned territory (Midwest and East Coast).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • JD preferred.

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary range estimate for this position is $150,000-$170,000. 

The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
