About This Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll sell ShopKeep's cloud-based iPad Point of Sale to small businesses. You

will get to interact with all types of small business owners each and every day, and help them run a

smarter business. From conducting web demonstrations of our POS software to cold calling, you get full

ownership of the sales cycle. This is a phone sales position. You’re enthusiastic, driven and competitive,

and you will be surrounded by like-minded people. A Sales Executive does everything in their power to

hit goal; a ShopKeep Sales Executive exceeds it, month over month. Hungry for an opportunity to be

What You Will Do

• Field inbound phone calls and web forms from prospective merchants in retail boutiques, bars,

restaurants, etc.

• Conduct live web demonstrations for qualified SMB owners and recommend solutions for their


• Prepare customized quotes for merchants and collect payment

• Identify opportunity to upsell current merchants on additional ShopKeep services

• Track phone calls, emails and overall activity using SalesForce

• Prioritize and maintain your sales pipeline through the merchant life cycle from prospect to


• Become a ShopKeep expert in order to consult your merchants on what solution is best for their


• Provide feedback to the executive team to help constantly innovate our processes and product

What You Need

• 2+ years of phone sales experience

• Passionate about helping small business owners find the best solution for their business

• Motivated to succeed on a high level and crush goals month over month

• You have a positive, can-do attitude and come into work ready to conquer the day

• A willingness to learn and constantly improve. You are not satisfied with 100% and are always

looking for ways to meet the next challenge

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
