Project Manager– Service companies Contractual Framework, Asset ownership, and Billing

• Be a core member of the global Asset Transfer team, take responsibility for co-steering dedicated sub-streams and support driving implementation work related to local and cross-border asset transfers for establishing services companies; involving a range of critical infrastructure assets and related contract classes. • Operationalize and implement the target design: support structuring the transaction and defining the step plan, clarify cross-functional execution packages ranging across finance, tax, treasury, legal, regulatory, and operational aspects • Co-drive the focus of the respective task force, focusing on the US, UK, and Swiss regions • Support the required decision-making process at senior management level, take operative implementation decisions and escalate if required. Prepare content for notifications / alignment with local regulators and fiscal authorities • Maintain reliable project management tools and mechanisms to ensure timely delivery of working packages • Act as topic coordinator and point of contact across the different teams, closely collaborate with other sub-stream project members, key global functional and business representatives

The Group Regulatory Relations and Strategic Initiatives (GRR&SI) function is focused on overseeing regulatory and strategic change efforts across UBS, playing a central role in successfully positioning UBS in the continuously evolving market and regulatory environment. GRR&SI ensures an integrated approach towards managing regulatory relations and developing strategic regulatory initiatives across the firm

As part of the stream 'ServCo Contractual Framework, Asset Ownership and Billing' the global sub-stream 'Asset Transfers' designs the target asset / contractual set-up and executes its implementation in relevant regions.

Your experience and skills

You should have the following qualifications: • Degree from an University, FH or comparable • 2 - 4 years of experience in restructuring activities, ideally corporate finance / M&A related with knowledge of banking business preferred • Sharp conceptual / analytical skills combined with significant project management experience and an ability to work with experts at eye-level across regions and functions, in particular on finance, tax, treasury, legal, regulatory, and operational aspects • Proactive, collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and prepare senior management presentations • Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to prioritize • Commitment to highest quality standards as well as timely delivery • Capable and used to work in an international and dynamic environment • Know-how of the UBS environment is an asset • Fluency in English (oral, written) as well as full proficiency in MS Office
