We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Data Analyst / Scrum Master (f/m/d) Data Access Layer. The position can be filled in our Frankfurt or Munich office.

Our Data Access Layer team is responsible for building a global data platform in the Cloud. Our goal is to modernize data across the company in a business-friendly platform.

Within this exciting role, you will be collaborating with platform’s users, stakeholders and the development team. On top, you will be responsible for analysing the demand and users’ questions as well as ensuring that scrum team has everything to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse new data demand coming to the data platform
• Actively contribute to building up the data community at AllianzGI
• Using agile methodology values and practices to plan, manage, and deliver data solutions
• Facilitate scrum events and manage platform’s stakeholders
• Contribute to best practices in test design, data analysis and documentation
• Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Stewards to ensure data completeness and data quality
• Drive best practices and standards around data management

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

• Graduate degree in Economics, Finance, Informatics or equivalent experience
• Sound understanding of the investment management business and data platforms
• Experience as a scrum master or working in a scrum team
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Coding knowledge with SQL requires, knowledge of Python is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to explore new paths and work in international teams
• Proficiency in English, further languages such as German would be beneficial
