What Does Oracle’s Business Development Representative Do:

Our mission is to identify new business opportunities for Oracle's product offering through prospecting into new and existing accounts. Analyse customers' needs in terms of current business challenges and support Oracle’s customer success. We want to help our clients realize the maximum value of their Oracle Cloud solutions. What you'll do:

  • Act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and products quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Preforms database and record keeping activities. 
  • Engage with the decision-making units of client organizations and proactively present Oracle solutions relevant to their businesses. 
  • Master selling and communication skills- actively use a variety of tools including but not limited to social media, internet, web- based tools and outbound calling. 
  • Achieve a high-level of collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams by developing and delivering against the joint targets and account development strategies. 
  • Take a One Oracle mindset leveraging internal network to best meet customers' needs working cross collaboratively.

  • Strong time management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to have meaningful conversations with customers.
  • Ability to handle objections. 
  • High resilience. 
  • Flexibility and ability to embrace change. 
  • Ability to communicate across several business units in the organization. 
  • Understanding of key competitive technologies and/ or specific industry. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Degree or relevant experience.
