Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of social media channels across platforms
  • Planning and execution of social media campaigns
  • 100% ownership of content calendars for brand social media handles and CXO profiles; past experience in B2B tech would be a plus (Short form + Long form)
  • Social listening and sentiment analysis via tools like Meltwater, Netbase, Brandwatch, GWI or others
  • Should be able to interpret insights from platform-native analytics dashboards and external tools like Sprinklr
  • Should be able to handle a team of 3-4 people
  • Past experience in ad campaigns and ORM (Online Response management) would be a plus, but not mandatory

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in many social media platforms
  • 5-6 yrs experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

What You Can Expect:

  • Leave entitlement under various heads, up to 32 days /year.
