We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Global Functions Architecture to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of global applications including ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Concur, and GOOD, among others. You will manage a team of specialists to ensure these applications are optimized to meet our global operational needs and align with our digital strategy. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital resources on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Applications Oversight: Lead the architecture and continuous improvement of key global applications such as ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and Concur. Ensure these systems are seamlessly integrated and optimized to support business processes across the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for managing and enhancing global applications. Align the strategy with the broader goals of the Digital Architecture department and the organization's overall objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of architects and specialists. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, encouraging innovation, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with software vendors and service providers. Ensure that contracts, service levels, and deliverables meet the organization's needs and standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions such as IT, finance, HR, and operations. Understand their needs and challenges and ensure that the global applications architecture effectively supports their goals.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in application architecture. Advocate for and implement best practices, driving efficiency, scalability, and security in our global applications.
  • Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with the global applications architecture. Ensure that data integrity, security, and compliance are maintained at the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing, architecting a global systems landscape, with a strong emphasis on integrating and optimizing major platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and Concur, within a large and complex organizational environment.
  • High-level proficiency in SAP NetWeaver and Basis to ensure performance and effective integration to external applications, and strategic planning for future technology
  • Strong knowledge of middleware technologies such as SAP PO, SAP PI, TIBCO and Informatica IICS
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent understanding of application architecture, integration, and the broader IT landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across functions.
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
