We are seeking a Senior Operations Generalist to join our People & Culture team. This role will play a crucial role in supporting the P&C department's day-to-day operations in our EMEA region. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from partnering with Talent Acquisition to employee onboarding to P&C data management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing various P&C processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for local staff for all aspects of HR
  • Address routine employee inquiries and provide People & Culture-related support.
  • Collaborate with P&C Business Partners on employee relations matters.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of P&C policies and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with P&C laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (we use SuccessFactors)
  • Generate reports and analyze P&C data to support decision-making.
  • Partner with the leadership team to provide guidance on HR issues and employment matters standards, and provide awareness training on HR issues. 
  • Implementation and ongoing tracking of HR policies and guidelines implemented by headquarters such as Code of Conduct, PDP, Salary Review, Job Architecture, etc. 
  • Direct talent management initiatives including performance management, management and employee development, organization effectiveness, and succession planning, synchronized with overall company initiatives.
  • Actively partner with recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless process for attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Serve as point of contact for all collaboration and negotiation with the works council.
  • Administer/Review regular payroll via the external service provider. 
  • Handle exit interviews and offboarding procedures, including equipment return and exit documentation.

Requirements

  • Overall 8+ years of professional experience, 5+ years of experience in an HR operations role or similar
  • Proven success in handling complex HR functions and projects.
  • Strong understanding of APAC HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements 
  • Knowledge of DISC, Insights, or other personality assessments
  • Proficiency in working with HRIS for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Effectively manage and resolve conflict between individuals and/or groups. 
  • Knowledge of and experience in a global technology company is preferred. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
