We will count on you to:

  • Translate Business Requirements into application code 
  • Document the application specifications 
  • Perform code reviews and align the solutions to architectural specifications
  • Be responsible for developing and driving the timely delivery of projects and software solutions by working with multi-disciplinary teams including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Designers and Business Subject Matter Experts
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering key projects within Revenue Solutions Team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible to plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and/or enterprise strategies.
  • Find a balance between working autonomously and within the team to ensure success
  • Provide oversight to ensure requirements are captured and managed, gain consensus from key stakeholders, and ensure they are understood & estimated by the Dev team
  • Participate in project planning and deliver accurate estimates for development efforts.
  • Understand & document business requirements and translate them to IT architects, developers, and testers
  • Drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and participate in developing technical alternatives
  • Respond quickly in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Research and participate in training and stay current on related issues and technologies
  • Understand security, privacy and regulatory requirements affecting your application portfolio
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to anticipate and manage issues, bring authority and influence to the team, and leverage lessons learned from past experience 
  • Work with MMC Technology teams to identify and promote best practices
  • Be an active member of the MMC Technology community – contribute, collaborate, and learn

What you need to have: 

  • Experience of 8 years in Information Technology 
  • Experience of 6 years or more in SQL, PL/SQL development
  • Experience with working with Oracle EBS R12 development
  • Optional: Experience with OBIEE reporting, Unix Shell scripting, Oracle performance tuning
  • objects, packages, procedure and functions.
  • Skilled with Oracle Reports and Bi Publisher
  • Good to have – Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud modules, Python Scripting
  • Experience working with multiple development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Fluent in object oriented programming, strong software engineering background, optimization and debugging skills across multiple platforms, be expert of design, analysis, object oriented programming and be keen for optimization, performance, scalability.
  • Experience in developing inbound/outbound, batch/online interfaces (XML/Text files)
  • Expertise in design and development of Database
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical level.
  • Previous success working in a dynamic development environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
