Holman is currently accepting applications for a Financial Analyst to join our Lease Portfolio Management team. Great opportunity for an Analyst with 1-2 years of experience!

Job Purpose

The LPM Financial Analyst provides quantitative, analytical and research support to the lease portfolio strategic initiative. This position manages and facilitates data and information exchanges with management, clients, and various internal departments. It includes project management responsibilities for various leasing related projects across all Holman businesses. This role includes significant interaction with internal departments including credit, collections, accounting and systems/technology. This is an opportunity to develop new, impactful analytics with very high visibility to the organization’s leadership team.

Essential Functions

  • Manage all communications and data flow with IT, sales, vehicle remarketing, client relations, accounting, finance and billing
  • Coordinate and streamline business updates from all areas of the company
  • Conduct ad hoc research and create reports and presentations for use by management
  • Develop detailed client based analysis, including internal and external research
  • Assist with analyzing and identifying opportunities to expand the lease portfolio
  • Facilitate client RFP process, including developing initial responses and making recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth
  • Engineer adaptable financial models to grow with new funding products
  • Develop lease dashboards to monitor portfolio attributes and performance across jurisdictions
  • Preparation and review of lease related articles published by the organization

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proactive self-starter; able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize work and high level of attention to detail
  • Strong ability to analyze, automate, establish, and review current processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills; able to conduct quantitative analysis and communicate findings
  • Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Comfortable with project work in addition to daily duties; able to conduct work that is completed in segments stretching over days and weeks
  • High quality verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to research and think creatively to address open ended requests
  • Able to work under tight timeline and in a high pressure work environment
  • Must be a team player and able to work in a group setting
  • Working knowledge of Business Object and database warehouse a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
