Join us as a Paid and Social Media Manager

  • You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Recruitment Marketing paid and social media channels

What you'll do

As a Paid and Social Media Manager, you’ll be working with key stakeholders to make sure the content on our social channels is aligned to key Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition priorities, and delivers results against key objectives.

Your role will also involve:

  • Publishing content across our social channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X
  • Making sure that the content produced for our channels is aligned to our brand guidelines
  • Providing advice, guidance and best practice to stakeholders and colleagues on the effective use of paid and organic social media
  • Embracing agile working, attending scrum meetings, and using the latest tools and technology to keep information on tasks and projects up to date
  • Executing digital communications campaigns to time, cost and quality
  • Identifying creative ideas, look and feel, and act as an expert with the end to end production, management and execution of digital initiatives

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need knowledge and experience of managing multiple social media accounts as well as experience working in a digital marketing environment with a focus on Paid Media. You’ll also need good copywriting skills and experience of creating engaging social media copy for a business to business audience.

Good knowledge of social media trends and experience of working in financial services would be beneficial.

You’ll also need:

  • The ability to produce reports, interpret results and use data to make recommendations for continual improvement
  • Experience of using testing and optimisation techniques
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills in order to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities and the ability to manage own workstack efficiently 
  • A strong team player who enjoys working in a complex matrix environment
