This role is part of our Personalized Creative team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalized, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behavior's, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more!

THE ROLE

As a B2B Copywriter, you’ll support the Walmart Business team in shaping their digital and social campaigns, onsite content, and CRM assets. You’ll support the wider team by working closely with key stakeholders to edit and produce creative marketing copy that showcases our client’s voice, furthers their brand story, and converts. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Alongside client stakeholders and other copywriters, you will: 

  • Edit and shape copy to ensure it meets client expectations and brand voice guidelines
  • Produce copy that drives the brand narrative forward and meets briefs
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand expression throughout all campaigns
  • Engage and capture the attention of our client's customers on high-visibility assets
  • Act as a key collaborator and bridge between client and internal team
  • Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for our client's onsite and CRM marketing
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts across various channels where applicable
  • Adhere to clients' tone of voice and brand guidelines 
  • Research competitors and trends for creative inspiration
  • Collaborate with design and account management
  • Contribute to team creative reviews

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter is a must and a background in agency or brand is preferred
  • Experience editing copy and providing creative feedback based on brand guidelines and copy best practices is a must
  • Experience in the B2B sector is a must, with any additional focus on e-commerce/retail industries being a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-channel digital copy and brand development
  • Ability to write compelling marketing and content copy that sells
  • Confidence in working with other departments and stakeholders such as designers, account managers, and clients
  • Readiness to work at a fast pace on large marketing campaigns with multiple assets
  • An understanding of the importance of consistency across different touchpoints of a user journey
  • Ability to present work to large groups and communicate ideas clearly and enthusiastically
  • A collaborative approach to getting things done

This is a fulltime 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent employee.
