SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS – STRATEGIC PLANNING

The SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS – STRATEGIC PLANNING sits within a centralized Business Operations team - a high-visibility function that serves as the executive leadership’s right hand. This role helps streamline the organization’s strategic and financial objectives and drive P&L accountability throughout the organization. We do the research, planning, and analysis in partnership with our leaders to recommend and optimize all strategic and financial decisions to accelerate growth across our teams, products and overall business. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Drive the development of 3 -year financial strategy and planning across the organization 
  • Present “consultative” and ad hoc growth recommendations aligned with short-term and long term- business strategy and financial targets to senior executives 
  • Own end-to-end, detailed workstreams that involve leading complex discussions with cross-functional teams and translating to P&L type insights 

Requirements: 

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Business Strategy/Management Consulting, Corporate Finance/Development, Investment Banking or other related Finance/Investment related roles 
  • Proficiency with data/financial modeling. Short modeling exam required. 
  • Strong critical thinking skills, business acumen and has demonstrated success in story-telling with data 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, ability to both manage upward and influence senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects to deliver recommendations in a timely manner 
  • Demonstrated success with project management, with superb attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & MS Suite 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience drafting investment materials for executives, investment committee and external clients. Ability to communicate qualitatively and quantitively. 
  • Experience working with senior cross-functional leaders (e.g. Sales, Finance, and Product teams) 
  • Media & Advertising, eCommerce, CPG/retail experience is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  • Stock equity incentives
