The Pre-Production Assistant is a multi-functional role providing support across the Pre-Production team within Topps. The role regularly interfaces with a number of internal departments, requiring a proactive approach and excellent communication skills. Pre-Production Assistant must command a strict attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to Pre-Production Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating outer case labels and sending to print
  • Supporting Pre-Production Manager with Safety & Compliance related tasks including creating Declarations of Conformity
  • QR Code creation including supply, batching and coordination with Production, Brand and Social Media teams.
  • Planning and ordering components including hologram labels, Binders and other items as needed per product requirements.
  • Creating and administering database of product weights and measurements.
  • Providing cover for Purchase Order creation and dealing with related queries from the Finance team and vendors.
  • Cover for price & pack document creation in collaboration with the Sales and Product teams.
  • Other ad-hoc administration tasks and support as required.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • The ability to work under pressure and support others within the team
  • Methodical approach with a high attention-to-detail
  • Strong computer skills particularly using Excel are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral

Education & Experience:

  • Experience in an admin role would be useful but not essential.
  • Educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject is preferred
